“It’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey’’
I was an alcoholic and my life was spiraling out of of control, then my life changed for the better That is when I started my fitness journey. I found something that made me feel complete, I had purpose and it gave me hope. As I became healthy and started to see the changes that were occurring menatlly and physically I wanted more, I wanted to see how far I can push myself. I did. I am sober and feel better than I have ever felt in my life, the stress, lack of energy and helplessness I felt is gone. I want to help others feel good and also have hope. It was then I knew I wanted to be a part of something bigger than myself, I became a personal trainer. This was not only for others but for myself it was to hold myself accountable and set an example that healthy is not just a word it is a lifestyle change. Let me help you be the best version of yourself. I will help you along the way to achieve your goals and to learn the importance of physical health. With consistency and hard work WE can do it. You are not alone, have compassion for self and make that step to the new you. Fitness can seem intimidating & frustrating, but just like anything else practice makes perfect. Be patient and trust the process. If not now, when? Everyone has their own success story, what is yours going to be?
