Fit-Abulous Coaching does everything from providing customized exercise programs to detailed nutrition plans. Julia is personal trainer at Absolute Personal Fitness with over 6 years of experience spent coaching in-person & online clients. Julia wants to be involved through the entire process of your fitness journey. From in-person training sessions at Absolute to creating workout program, Julia has your back. In addition, another great perk about being with Team Fit-Abulous includes customized meal plans created by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
To start the process, we will send you a few in-depth questionnaires to get to know you and to help better start off your plan. Our fitness and nutrition programs are customized to your schedule and your level of experience while considering your access to workout equipment and food preferences. Every week you’ll have a set time period to check in on how things are going with your plan. During this time, you may ask questions, get feedback, request modifications, and tell Julia about any upcoming challenges you’re anticipating. For in-person check ins, these are done at Absolute Personal Fitness twice a month using the Naked Scanner.
The method of checking in will help keep you aligned with your goals. You must check in to be able to see your results and the results will fuel your motivation to continue! Our goal is to remove all the stress surrounding health and fitness. To help you get results that last for life! We’ll this by giving you the ongoing support and accountability you need to stay on track no matter how busy your life gets. You tell us your personal goals and we will help you do it! We will give you peace of mind that you’re doing the right things to get the best results. We offer different packages… each unique to your individual needs and can help choose which one fits you best. You can choose solely a nutrition plan or workout program, or for best results choose a combination of both meal plan and workout program.
The workout program consists of name the exercise, day of exercise, amount of repetitions and sets, tempo, rest time, and tips on correct form to maximize each exercise. You can email Julia for videos of exercise if you don’t understand the written tips.
There are two different types of nutrition plans we provide: Macro or Detailed Nutrition Plans. Macro refers to the three macronutrients that make up the foods we eat: protein, carbohydrates, and fat. The idea behind macros dieting is simple; you focus on a certain number of macronutrients to eat each day by using an app to track your food. The detailed nutrition plans provide daily menus for a two-week period telling you exactly what to eat every day and at each meal. The nutrition plan is customized and matched to your workout program. Each detailed nutrition plan includes a grocery list for convenience that will hopefully help to save you time. You will gradually build a cookbook of healthy recipes that is included in each plan.
