The Absolute Personal Fitness (APF) body transformation program includes comprehensive nutrition advice, two – three weekly training sessions with a qualified APF nutritionist / trainer, and LOTS of homework. That’s right! YOU have responsibilities outside of the APF training sessions! Training with your APF trainer is just the beginning. Proper implementation by YOU as you are pushing away from the table, eating smaller portions, and “eating ‘this’ and not ‘that’ is really “where the rubber meets the road”. You will learn how to manage your weight in a realistic way and and in a safe way e,g, losing two – three pounds per week is safe. You will learn how to reduce water weight, lose fat, and focus on gaining lean muscle mass i.e. muscle.
