Sam’s relationship with exercise began after going through his own weight loss transformation at a young age. As a 13 year old he weighed over 270 lbs. He decided to make a change and with diet, exercise, and a complete lifestyle change he was able to lose 100lbs in just over a year and to this day keep it off! Sam played many sports in high school and played one year of college football. He excelled in sports and found his love for the weight room during this time. Sam finished his education at Metropolitan State University with a degree in Human Sports and Performance. He also completed an internship where he was able to work with many different professional athletes including NFL, MLB,UFC and Olympic. He specializes in human performance, return from injury, and weight loss.
